【摘要】 目的　研究哮喘病人免疫球蛋白E高亲和受体 β链基因多态性。方法　提取 4 0例哮喘和 3 6名健康人外周血DNA ,PCR扩增免疫球蛋白E高亲和受体 β链基因 ,分析第二个内含子内限制性内切酶Rsa 1酶切位点的多态性。结果　免疫球蛋白E高亲和受体 β链等位基因A纯合子、等位基因B纯合子和杂合子的分布频率在哮喘组和健康对照组间无显著性差别。结论　免疫球蛋白E高亲和受体 β链基因的多态性与哮喘的发生无相关关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the gene polymorphism of high affinity receptor β chain for immunoglobulin E (IgE) in asthmatic patients.Methods Blood DNA samples were extracted from 40 asthmatic patients and 36 health subjects.After gene amplification by PCR,polymorphism of intron 2 Rsa 1 site in the gene of high affinity receptor β chain for IgE was analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in the distribution frequency of homozygote A,B and heterozygote between asthmatic patients and health individuals.Conclusion Polymorphism of the gene of high affinity receptor β chain for IgE is unrelated to the pathogenesis of asthma.更多还原
