【摘要】 目的 :提高对椎 基底动脉供血不足 (VBAI)的病理生理学认识。方法 :对 132例椎 基底动脉系 (VBAS)经颅多普勒 (TCD)异常表现进行分析。结果 :所有病例中TCD异常以血流加快为主 ,占 82 .6 % ,且与其合并的前循环血流异常有高度的一致性 ,P <0 .0 0 1;在合并前循环血流异常中以左侧为主 ,P <0 .0 1;单支血管以ACA多见 ,P <0 .0 2 ;有颈椎退行性变者VBAS血流速度改变无年龄上的差异 ,P >0 .0 5 ;病人自述症状以头痛或伴头昏为主 ,但与VBAS血流速度加快或减慢无关 ,P >0 .0 5。结论 :通过分析得出VBASTCD异常的好发年龄、主要症状、颈椎改变以及与前循环的关系 ,从而对提高VBAI的病理生理学的认识起到一定的参考作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To improve the knowledge of pathophysiology in insufficiency of vertebro-basilar artery (VBAI). Methods: The abnormal prensentation of TCD in 132 cases of vertebro-basilar artery system (VBAS) was analyzed. Results: 109 cases (82.6%) with high speed of bloodflow had highly correlation with high speed bloodflow in anterior circulation (P<0.01). The abnormal ICAS was dominant at left side (P< 0.01) , and at ACA taking a single artery into account (P<0.02). There was no correlation between age and VBAS bloodflow speed (P>0.05) in the cases with degeneration of cervical vertebra. At clinic, patients often complained of headache or dizziness. However, there was no correlation between bloodflow speed and symptoms (P>0.05). Conclusions: These findings revealed the relationship between abnormal bloodflow in VBAS and age, symptoms, degeneration of cervical vertebra, anterior circulation respectively. This supplied further information on pathophysiology in VBAS.更多还原
