【摘要】 目的 :评价 1 5 3S- DTMP治疗恶性转移瘤的疗效。方法 :对 113例原发性恶性肿瘤骨转移瘤患者进行 1 5 3Sm-EDTMP治疗。结果 :(1)镇痛方面 ;第一次治疗有效率为 6 1% (6 9/ 113) ;第二次治疗有效率为 6 6 % (74/ 92 ) ;第三次治疗有效率为 88.3% (5 3/ 6 0 )。 (2 )骨显像方面 ,经 1 5 3Sm- EDTMP2 - 6次治疗后 ,患者原骨转移灶确有减淡或消失改变。结论 :研究结果表明 ,1 5 3Sm- EDTMP作为一种内照射治疗药物 ,对恶性骨转移瘤是安全有效的 ,特别适合门诊病人的治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of 153 Sm EDTMP on metastatic carcinoma of bone. Methods: One hundred and thirteen patients with primary malignant tumors metastatic to bone were treated with 153 Sm EDTMP and the clinical data were analyzed. Results: (1) Analgesic effect: The effective rate were 61% (69/113), 66% (74/92) and 88.3 (53/60) respectively after the first, second and third treatment; (2) Image of bone: After 2 to 6 times of treatment, the images of metastatic carcinoma of bone had become faint or even disappeared. Conclusion: The results show that 153 Sm EDTMP, as internal irradiation therapy, is a safe and effective for the treatment of metastatic carcinoma of bone and suitable for outpatients specially.更多还原
