2型糖尿病患者一氧化氮、内皮素变化及临床意义的探讨

【摘要】 目的 :探讨一氧化氮 (NO)和内皮素 (ET)在 2型糖尿病 (NIDDM)患者血浆中变化及临床意义。方法 :采用硝酸盐还原酶比色法和放射免疫法对 98例 NIDDM患者 (其中并发高血压者 5 4例 )和 30例健康人血浆中 NO和 ET含量进行分析。结果 :NIDDM患者与健康人相比 ,患者血浆中 NO明显降低 ,NO血浆水平为 5 9.42μm ol/L (P<0 .0 5 ) ,ET明显增高 ,ET血浆水平为 80 .49ng/L (P<0 .0 1) ,并发高血压患者较不并发高血压患者这种变化更显著 ,二者差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :血浆中 NO和 ET含量变化在 NIDDM发病机理中可能起重要作用。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the changes and clinical significance of plasma nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin (ET) in non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) Methods: The levels of plasma NO and ET were determined in 98 patients with NIDDM ( of them, 54 were complicated with hypertension) and 30 normal controls by nitrate reductase colorimetry and RIA respectively Results: Compared with normal controls, the level of plasma NO, 59 42mol/l in NIDDM patients, was lower (P<0 05) and ET, 80 49ng/l, was higher (P<0 01) The alterations were notable especially in the patients complicated with hypertension (P<0 05) Conclusion: The results suggest that NO and ET may play a important role in the pathogenesis of NIDDM
