TIG焊熔池表面张力的测定及表面活性剂的影响
DETECTION OF SURFACE TENSION AND EFFECT OF SURFACE ACTIVE FLUX IN TIG WELDING
【摘要】 利用熔池振荡及熔池谐振信号的检测,以熔池自身固有振荡频率与熔池尺寸的内在关系测定熔池金属表面 张力,研究了薄板SUS304不锈钢TIG焊不同熔地尺寸的表面张力变化以及活性剂对熔池表面张力的影响。试验研 究方法为焊接熔池表面张力测定中的最初应用。
【Abstract】 The surface tension variation of weld pool with different size and the effect of active flux on surface tension of weld pool are studied during TIG welding of thin stainless steel plate SUS304 in this paper. The surface tension of weld pool is detected based on the intrinsic relationship between the oscillation frequency of weld pool and the weld pool size, through detecting the weld pool oscillation and weld pool resonance signal. The experimental method is the preliminary application of surface tension detection of weld pool.
