数控磁力轴承系统与抑制不平衡响应试验研究
EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON DIGITAL CONTROLLED MAGNETIC BEARING SYSTEM AND SUPPRESSING UNBALANCE RESPONSE
【摘要】 介绍了自行研制的数字控制磁力轴承转子试验台特性以及进行的试验研究。建立了非线性环节和数字控制器的切实数学模型。采用多种理论分析方法以确定控制器参数,取得良好效果。实现了16 kg水平转子的稳定悬浮和运转,转速达 12 kr/min。设计了一种利用数字控制的磁力轴承对转子的不平衡响应抑制的方法。试验表明,该方法能使转子平稳运转,旋转精度大为改善,而且实施简便。
【Abstract】 Characteristics of the experimental rig developed for digital controlled magnetic bearings as well as experimental research are introduced. Feasible mathematical models of nonlinear parts and transfer function of the digital controller are established. To adopt various analysis method for determining- controller parameters achieves good results. A horizontal rotor weighing 16 kg is suspend stably and is revolved up to 12 kr/min in the system. A method to suppress unbalance response with the magnetic bearings is devised. The experiments indicate that this method makes rotor Smoothrunning and can improve the rotor’s rotating precision drastically. The implementation of this method is simple and convenient.
