基于CFD流态分析技术的水力机组转轮改型研究
HYDRAULIC RENNER MODIFICATION BASED ON CFD FLOWFIELD ANALYSIS
【摘要】 采用CFD流态分析技术,以三维紊流场的分析结果为依据,对水电站的轴流式转轮进行改型。改型结果表明:应用CFD流态分析技术预测的水轮机性能具有很好的准确性,三维紊流场分析结果为叶片改型提供了详细的数据,提高了水轮机转轮改型设计的水平。
【Abstract】 To modify an axialflow runner based on CFD flowfield analysis results in order to prompt its properties. It is proved that the numerical simulated properties of the runner have a good agreement with the tested one. And accurate and abundant flowfield data are provided to the hydraulic runner modification. CFD flowfield analysis method improves the level of the hydraulic runner modification
