相转移催化合成丁基丙二酸二乙酯研究
STUDY ON THE PHASE TRANSFER CATALYZED SYNTHESIS OF DIETHYL BUTYLMALONATE
【摘要】 采用固液相转移催化法 ,以季铵盐 A 1为相转移催化剂、K2 CO3为碱、丙二酸二乙酯和正溴丁烷为原料合成丁基丙二酸二乙酯 ,研究了各种反应因素对产率的影响 ,得到最佳反应条件为丙二酸二乙酯 :nC4H9Br∶ K2 CO3∶ A 1 =1∶ 1 .2∶ 1 .3∶ 0 .0 3(摩尔比 ) ,在 1 0 5℃下反应 2 h,收率可达 92 .2 % ,催化剂 A 1可循环使用
【Abstract】 Diethyl butylma lonate was synthesized by the reaction of diethyl malonate and nbutylbromide, using quaternary ammonium salt A1 as catalysis and potassium Carbonate as base under solidliquid phase transfer Catalysis. A variety of reaction effects were investigated, the optimum conditions were obtained, under the condition, diethyl malonate∶nbuthyl bromide∶potassium carbonate∶A1=1∶1.2∶1.3∶0.03(mol ratio), tempterature 105 ℃ and rection time 2 h, The yield of product was 92.2% and the catalyst was reuseable.
