面向对象机构运动分析自动化方法研究
A research on the automation method of object oriented motion analysis of mechanism
【摘要】 以八杆机构为例 ,将由机构创意性定向发散得到的每一个机构型作为基本运动分析对象 ,以桁架理论和基本杆组理论对其进行运动分析 ,采用面向对象的VC ++编程技术对其封装 ,应用雅格比矩阵辨识机构和传递机构几何特征信息 ,实现了机构运动分析的自动化。
【Abstract】 Taking the eight bar mechanism as an example, this paper regards every mechanism model obtained from directional divergence of mechanism’s creativity as the object of basic motion analysis. Motion analysis of the mechanism is carried out by the use of truss theory and basic bar group theory and thd object oriented VC++ programming technique is adopted to encapsulate the motion ananysis. Jacobi matrix is applied to distinguish and transfer informations of geomtric features of mechanism, thus realized automation of its motion analysis.
