【Abstract】 Through the analysis on the affection factors of the backlash of bevoloid gears this paper put forward the calculation formulae for computing the backlash of internal meshed bevoloid gear pairs and of bevoloid gear RV reducer. It presented the relationship between the amount of adjustable clearance of bevoloid gear and the backlash and also presented the reducer’s backlash calculation formula considering the amount of adjustable clearance. Thus the influence of the amount of adjustable clearance to the backlash of reducer can be analyzed quantitatively.更多还原
