钻井泵机架的动力特性分析及结构修改预测

【摘要】 应用微机版SAP5/LISA结构分析程序中的主从节点、梁、板壳、三维块体、罚单元和边界弹簧单元 ,对F130 0型三缸泵机架的固有特性进行了分析计算 ,获得了机架最小几阶模态频率和模态振型。通过振型分析发现 ,机架结构只是泵头和泵尾开口部位刚度偏弱 ,而泵中部和内部则刚度冗余。修改后的机架结构整体刚度均匀、合理 ,薄弱环节的刚度得到加强 ,为老产品的技术改造 ,降低成本奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 The computation and analysis of natural vibration property for model F1300 triplex drilling pump framework are carried out, using master slave node, beam, plate and shell, 3D block, penalty and boundary spring element, which are included in SAP5/LISA structure analysis code of microcomputer, several minimum order modal frequencies and modal vibration modes are obtained. The vibration mode analysis shows that rigidity of the framework is appearing weak only in pump head and the opening part of pump end, but, rigidity surplus in the middle and the inner part of the pump. After modification, the rigidity of entire framework is uniform and reasonable, the rigidity of weak section is reinforced. It provides a basis for the technical reformation, lowing cost of old product.
