电动葫芦升降减速器的模糊可靠性优化设计
Fuzzy Reliability Optimal Design for a Motor Driven Elevating Calabash Reductor
【摘要】 考虑了约束条件的模糊性和齿轮传动设计的模糊因素 ,根据一定的模糊可靠度要求 ,建立了一个电动葫芦升降减速器的模糊可靠性优化设计数学模型 ,并采用“基因遗传算法 +惩罚函数法”对实例进行了计算 ,较用传统的优化设计方法所得设计结果更优 ,更具经济实用性
【Abstract】 Considering the fuzzy nature of the constraints and the fuzzy factors in transmission gear designs, we present a mathematical model for fuzzy reliability optimal design for a motor driven elevating calabash reductor to satisfy the requirement of a specified degree of fuzzy reliability. A calculation example is given as well using the combination of Genetic Algorithm(GA) with Sequence Unconstrained Minimization Technology(SUMT). Compared with the traditional optimal methods, the combination of GA with SUMT can obtain a better, more effective and efficient result.
