纳米测量中特殊圆弧三角形部件的有限元分析
Finite Element Analysis for Special Arc Triangle Components
【摘要】 采用角度细分逐次迭代的有限元分析方法解决了特殊圆弧三角形部件应力和位移分布问题。在单元及单元节点号赋值时采用杨辉三角形排序 ,并讨论了几何图形的对称变换。本文还给出了纳米测量中微动工作台涉及的柔性铰链有限元分析计算实例。结果表明 ,本文提出的分析方法更适合计算机求解且迭代次数明显减少 ,具有简单、清晰的数理概念。该问题的解决为带孔板件的应力和位移分布求解提供了新的分析方法
【Abstract】 In this paper, the distribution of stress and displacement of the special arc triangle components is solved by using the angle division iteration method of finite element analysis. The rule of Yanghui triangle for ordering is used to assign the number of cell and its nodes, the symmetric transform of geometrical shape is discussed, then it is illustrated by an example of flexural hinge analyzed with finite element method. Results show that our analysis method is more suitable to be implemented by computers, the iteration times are decreased obviously. This method is simple, and is easy to understand. It provides a new way for solving distribution of stress and displacement of plate with hole.
