基于保质设计方法的液压万能试验机控制系统设计研究
Design of Control System of Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine Based on Design for Quality
【摘要】 保质设计是指在产品的设计阶段综合考虑影响产品质量的诸因素 ,将质量保证和管理融入到产品设计中的一种新设计方法。本文根据保质设计的基本思想 ,建立了基于质量功能配置的保质设计过程模型 ,在此基础上进行了液压万能试验控制系统的设计 ,并对该系统进行了理论分析
【Abstract】 Design for Quality (DFQ) is a new product design method that considers various factors influencing the quality of product in the product design phases, and puts the insurance and management of quality into the product design processes. According to DFQs basic idea, we established DFQs design process model based on quality function deployment, then we designed the control system of hydraulic universal testing machine according to the model , finally, we theoretically analyzed the control system.
