苯噻草胺的应用及合成工艺

【摘要】 苯噻草胺是一种低毒高效杀稗除草剂,在日本的应用面积达到110万公顷以上,近几年国内的许多研究单位和农药生产厂家也在对其进行开发。文中概述了苯噻草胺的性质、应用以及国内外的合成方法,重点介绍了淮阴电化厂开发的新工艺及其特点。该新工艺具有原料易得、成本低、产品质量优、工艺条件温和等优点,已经达到了国际先进水平。

【Abstract】 Mefenacet is a low-toxic and high efficiency herbicide for killing barnyard grass. The application area is more than 1. 1 million hectares in Japan and in recent years many domestic research institutes and pesticide producers have been developing the product. This article describes the properties, application and synthesis methods of mefenacet at home and abroad, especially the new process and its characteristics developed by Huaiyin Electrochemical Plant. The new process has reached the advanced level of the world with the advantages of easy availability of raw materials, low cost, good quality and mild process conditions.
