发泡银对甲醇空气氧化为甲醛的催化性能研究
Study of Catalytic Performance of Foamed Silver for Oxidation of Methanol to Formaldehyde by Air
【摘要】 研究了新型发泡银催化剂对甲醇空气氧化制备甲醛的催化作用 ,考察了催化反应温度、甲醇进料速率、进料体积分数及空气流量对甲醛产率的影响 ,得到了较好的催化反应工艺条件 :反应温度为 6 70℃、甲醇进料速率为 0 8mL·min-1、甲醇进料体积分数为 85 %、空气流量为 10 0 0mL·min-1,在此工艺条件下 ,甲醛的产率可达 85 %以上。对发泡银催化剂的稳定性进行了考察 ,结果表明在 5~ 6 0h内 ,其催化活性无明显变化。
【Abstract】 The catalytic activity of foamed silver was studied through the oxidation of methanol to formaldehyde by air.Factors affecting the formaldehyde productivity,including the reaction temperature,the charging rate and volume fraction of methanol,and the flow of air,were investigated.The better conditions for the catalytic reaction system were gained,i e ,reaction temperature 670 ℃,charging rate of methanol 0 8 mL·min -1 ,volume fraction 85% and flow rate of air 1000 mL·min -1 .Under these conditions the formaldehyde productivity could run up to 85% and over.Stability of the foamed silver catalyst was good.
