氧气氧化乙二醛合成乙醛酸
A New Synthetic Method for Glyoxylic Acid
【摘要】 在酸性介质中 ,用氧气氧化乙二醛溶液 ,可快速合成乙醛酸。乙二醛转化率 98% ,乙醛酸产率 82 % ,对乙醛酸选择性 83 %。优化合成条件是 :n(氧 )∶n(乙二醛 ) =0 5 5∶1 0 0 ,氧气压力为0 12MPa ,介质pH <1,反应温度 45~ 6 0℃ ,反应时间 3h。
【Abstract】 Glyoxylic acid(Ⅰ) was rapidly synthesized by controlled oxidation of glyoxal(Ⅱ) with oxygen(Ⅲ) in acid medium.Percentage conversion of Ⅱ was 98%,yield of Ⅰ was 82% and selectivity for Ⅰ was 83%.The optimum conditions of synthesis were:molar ratio of Ⅲ to Ⅱ=0.55∶1.00,pressure of Ⅲ=0.12 MPa,pH of medium<1,reaction temperature 45-60 ℃ and reaction time 3 h.
