对影响烷基多苷组成因素的探讨
Factors Affecting the Component of Alkyl Polyglycosides
【摘要】 二步法合成烷基多苷 ,在反应温度为 10 0~ 130℃、催化剂用量为葡萄糖质量的 0 .6 %~ 4.4%、n(正丁醇 )∶n(葡萄糖 ) =(4~12 )∶1和n(十二醇)∶n(葡萄糖 ) =(2~ 6 )∶1时 ,烷基多苷的平均聚合度随十二醇与葡萄糖的质量比和温度的增加而减小 ,而催化剂和正丁醇的用量对其影响不明显。
【Abstract】 Alkylpolyglycoside (APG) was synthesized in two steps.At reaction temperature 100-130 ℃,amount of catalyst 0.6%-4.4% (based on the amount of glucose),n(butanol)∶n(glucose)=(4-12)∶1 and n(dodecanol)∶n(glucose)=(2-6)∶1,the average degree of polymerization of APG decreased with increase of the molar ratio of dodecanol to glucose and the rise of reaction temperature,but the amounts of catalyst and butanol had nerely no effect.
