【Abstract】 A new type of anti rust emulsion paint was developed using styrene acrylic emulsion with core shell structure made in our laboratory as film former,zinc phosphate and modified aluminum tripolyphosphate as primary anti rust pigments,and modified siliceous clay as anti settling agent.It has excellent comprehensive properties as follows:the adhesion power being grade 1～2,the flexibility being less than l mm,the impact strength being more than 490 N·cm,the resistivity against w(NaCl)=3% solution being more than 7 d,the heat resisting temperature being more than 100 ℃ and the stable storage time being more than one year.更多还原
