铌酸催化合成乙酸仲丁酯
Catalytic Synthesis of sec-Butyl Acetate by Niobic Acid
【摘要】 研究了乙酸和仲丁醇在铌酸催化下的反应。考察了酸醇物质的量比、反应时间、催化剂用量、带水剂用量、带水剂种类、反应温度等因素对产品乙酸仲丁酯收率的影响。当催化剂用量为1 2g每摩尔酸 ,n(HAc)∶n(sec BuOH) =5∶1,回流搅拌反应 8 0h ,不使用任何带水剂时 ,产品乙酸仲丁酯的收率为 72 3% ,选择性为 10 0 %
【Abstract】 Esterification of acetic acid with secbutanol catalyzed by niobic acid was investigated.The effect of different factors,such as molar ratio of acetic acid to secbutanol,reaction temperature and time,catalyst amount,and kind and amount of deaquation reagent were carefully studied.When the catalyst amount was 12 g per mole acetic acid,the molar ratio of acetic acid to secbutanol was 5∶1,and reaction time was 80 h under reflux,the yield of secbutyl acetate reached 723% and the selectivity of esterification was 100%.
