铌酸催化缩酮反应
Catalysis of Ketol Reaction by Niobic Acid
【摘要】 将铌酸应用于缩酮反应。以环己酮与乙二醇的缩合反应为探针反应,详细探索了影响缩合反应的各种因素,并得出了铌酸催化环己酮与乙二醇反应的最佳条件:n (环己酮)∶n( 乙二醇) =1∶1-5,环己烷为分水剂,环己烷和铌酸催化剂的用量分别为反应物总体积、总质量的28%和3-7% ,回流搅拌反应4-0 h,产品环己酮乙二醇缩酮的总收率为92-9% 。
【Abstract】 Niobic acid was applied to catalyze ketol reaction,using the condensation of cyclohexanone with ethylene glycol as probe reaction.A careful study of the effects on the condensation reaction was done,which gave the optimum conditions with 1∶1 5 molar ratio of cyclohexanone to ethylene glycol and the amount of cyclohexane and niobic acid being 28%(volume) and 3 7%(mass) respectively,the reaction was run at reflux for 4h.The overall yield of the product cyclohexanone ethylene ketol was 92 9%.
