新型含硅植物生长调节剂的合成及其生物活性
Synthesis and Biological Activity of a Series of plant Growth Regulators Containing Silicon
【摘要】 以α萘乙酸甲酯、异丁酰氯、三甲基氯硅烷、烃基溴化镁为原料,经酰化、还原、氯化、格氏反应、亲核取代和脱氯化钾等步骤合成了一类新型含硅植物生长调节剂5异丁基1萘乙酸烃基二甲硅基甲酯,其结构经元素分析、IR 和1HNMR 表征。生物活性试验表明,药液质量浓度为1 mg/L时,5异丁基1萘乙酸苯基二甲硅基甲酯对水稻根生长比其母体化合物(1萘乙酸)提高15% 。
【Abstract】 A series of plant growth regulators containing silicon,alkyldimethylsilylmethyl 5 isobutyl 1 naphthylacetates, were synthesized from methyl α naphthylacetate,isobutyryl chloride,trimethylchlorosilane,and hydrocarbylmagnesium bromide by acylation,reduction,chlorination,Grignard reaction, nuleophilic substitution and elimination of potassium chloride. Their structures were characterized by elementary analysis, IR and 1HNMR spectra. The results of biological activity tests showed that at concentration of 1mg/L phenyldimethylsilylmethyl 5 isobutyl 1 naphthylacetate increased the growth rate of the rice root by 15% than the parent compound α naphthylacetic acid.
