苯并三唑型紫外吸收剂合成工艺研究
Optimum Technological Conditions of Synthesizing UV-absorbers of Benzotriazole Structure
【摘要】 合成了4 种苯并三唑型的紫外吸收剂,以UV- P为例,对还原反应步骤进行优化。得到的最佳工艺条件为2 :硝基2′羟基5′甲基偶氮苯∶还原剂∶氢氧化钠= 4-2∶4-5∶4( 质量比) ,回流反应1 h。
【Abstract】 Four UV absorbers of benzotriazole structure were prepared by diazotization, coupling and reduction reactions. As an example,in preparing UV-P, the optimum technological conditions of the reduction reaction were: 2 nitro 2′ hydroxy 5′ methyl azobenzene∶reducing agent∶sodium hydroxide=4 2∶4 5∶4(weight ratio) and reflux time 1h.
