数控加工过程仿真系统的研究
Study on NC machining process system
【摘要】 在数控加工过程仿真系统中 ,传统的基于功能的结构化方法因功能的扩充、删除及修改困难 ,导致仿真系统可扩充性和可维护性差 ,已无法满足数控加工过程仿真系统开发的要求。而面向对象技术的数据封装、继承和多态机制满足了仿真系统的可重用性、可扩充性的要求 ,使数控加工过程仿真系统能对不同的仿真对象进行仿真。本文运用面向对象方法对数控机床的功能、结构和组成进行了分析 ,建立了数控加工过程仿真系统对象模型、体系结构和仿真模型。
【Abstract】 In the NC machining process simulation system,the traditional structural methods based on functions can’t meet its needs because of the system’s low expansion and maintenance resulting from its functions’ low expansion,deletion and modification.But the encapsulation,inheritance and polymorphism of the object\|oriented technique can match the needs of reusing and expanding of the simulation system.It makes the simulation system simulate different objects.In this paper,the NC machine’s functions,structure and components have been analyzed by using the object\|oriented method.A modeling approach based on objects and the general structure of the system have been proposed.\;[
