【摘要】 介绍了圆光栅测量齿轮传动系统精度的原理、系统组成和各部分作用 ,对速比为 15的减速系统进行了实测并对测量结果做了傅立叶分析 ,发现了 1次、5次和 15次谐波。结果说明最后一对齿轮对传动精度的影响最大。该装置可方便地和任何齿轮传动系统联用 ,进行实时自动测量。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper discribed the principle and structure of the gear transmission error measurment using circle grating. The retarding gear trasmission eroor ( i =15) was measumed. The measurment result was coincided with the theoretical analysis. Thes method is compact and reliable. It can be used in a wide field.更多还原
