【Abstract】 A DPPH-TLC assay was made to test free radical scanvenging active compound in a strain of Beauveria sp. The result revealed that the methanol extract prepared from the culture broth of the fungus contained metabolites with signlificant free radical scanvenging activity. This extract were purified with column chromatography and 13 components were obtained. From one of the 13 components, a pure compound of free radical scanvenging activity was prepared. Its purity and free radical scanvenging activity were comfirmed by HPLC and DPPH-TLC assay.更多还原
