【摘要】 对烟曲霉rRNA基因内转录间区（ITS区）进行了克隆测序，并将之与其他几种常见曲霉的相应序列进行了比较。发现3株烟曲霉的ITSⅠ区完全相同，而其中1株烟曲霉的ITSⅡ区与一条已知相应序列仅有2个碱基的变异。提示烟曲霉rRNA基因的两个ITS区序列均十分保守，而且与黄曲霉、黑曲霉、土曲霉及构巢曲霉的相应序列相比较，均有一定程度的变异。更多还原

【Abstract】 The internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region in rRNA gene of Aspergillus fumigatus was cloned and sequenced, and the sequences were compared with those of other common Aspergillus spp. The results showed that the 3 isolates of A. fumigatus with different origins have the same ITS I seqdence, while 1 isolate of A.fumigatus has the almost same ITS II sequence in compdrison with that from the GenBank, except for a variance of two bases. It is suggested that the ITS I and ITS II sequences of A.fumigatus both be conserved, and varied in certain extent from those of A.flavus, A. niger, A. terrus and A. nidulans.更多还原
