【摘要】 目的　探讨支配和影响病种医疗费用变化的某些因子 ,以控制医疗费用的不合理增长。方法　以某三级甲等医院 1997年住院构成前 10位病种的病例为样本 ,采用因子分析方法 ,对出院病例的医疗费用进行分析。结果　药物治疗与化验因子、手术治疗因子、放射与其他检查因子是支配住院医疗费用的公因子。结论　控制医疗费用的不合理增长应着力降低药费和治疗费。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study certain factors influenced the changes of medical expenses of diseases in order to control the unreasonable increase of medical expenses. Methods Selecting the first 10 diseases in order of inpatient in a grade A tertiary hospital in 1997 as sample, and using factor analysis to study medical expenses of outpatients. Results Factor of medicine treatment and laboratory test, operation treatment, radiation examination and other examination are the public factors allocated medical expenses. Conclusion Medicine expenses and treatment expenses must be especially decreased in controlling the unreasonable increase of medical expenses.更多还原
