【Abstract】 The location of the vehicle license plate is one of the important steps of the recognition of the vehicle license plate.In regard to the complex backgrounds of the vehicle images and the varied illumination conditions,a real time license plate location algorithm is proposed based on the characteristics of the vehicle license plates.The experimental results show that this algorithm is excellent in the accuracy and the robustness.更多还原
