提抽过程中镀层厚度的模型推导及验证
Study for the Controlling Model of the Membrane Thickness in Hot Dipping Process
【摘要】 利用简化的动态模型过程 ,推导热浸镀条件下的膜层厚度控制方程 ,并通过实验手段对此方程作了验证。结果表明 ,该方程作为工程快速估算是可行的
【Abstract】 The equation for the membrane thickness controlling in hot dipping process is deduced using abridged kinetic model process.The equation is demonstrated by experiment.The results show that it is feasible for the fast technic evaluation using the equation.
