【摘要】 介绍近年来国际上广泛用于电力电缆、通讯等行业的高性能导线——铝包钢丝。通过与各类导线的性能比较 ,表明铝包钢丝在耐腐蚀、导电性、线材强度等方面都表现出优良的性能。在沿海地区使用铝包钢丝铝绞线代替传统钢芯铝绞线使用寿命可由 15年提高到 30年 ,同截面积情况下 ,电导率提高 5%～ 8% ,重量减少 5%～6%。用铝包钢丝铝绞线替代钢芯铝绞线 ,每年每千米可节省费用 60 0 0多元更多还原

【Abstract】 To introduce Al cladding steel wire which is a kind of good conducting wire applied to electric cable and communication extensively and so on internationally at present.It is shown by comparison of properties of various conducting wires that Al cladding steel wire have good properties in respects of corrosion resistance,conductibility,tensile strength and etc.Replacing traditional aluminium cable steel reinforced with aluminium cable Al cladding steel wire reinforced can raise the service life of cable from 15 years to 30 years on shore region,increase 5%～8% conductivity and decrease 5%～6% weight at the same transections,and save cost 6000 RMB/(km·a).更多还原
