三体磨损状态下载荷动特性对摩擦面形貌的影响
Effects of the characteristic of dynamic load on rubbing surface roughness in three-body wear
【摘要】 在自行研制的环 -块磨损试验装置上研究了三体磨损状态下矩形波载荷特性对摩擦面粗糙度变化的影响 ,结果表明 :( 1 )随着磨程的进行摩擦面粗糙度将达到一个稳定值———平衡粗糙度Rsq,其大小与摩擦面初始形貌无关 ;( 2 )对应于某一载荷波形占空比c,Rsq 最大 ,当载荷波形占空比小于c 时 ,Rsq 将随的增加而迅速增加 ;当大于c 时 ,Rsq 随的增加而减小并趋于静态载荷下的Rsq。
【Abstract】 Effects of the characteristic of square wave loads on rubbing surface roughness in three-body abrasive condition was investigated with the aid of a ring-block wear-testing apparatus developed by the present author,with which a time-varying load can be exerted on the test specimen.The result shows 1)there exist a stable rubbing surface roughness-stable roughness R s q in the wear process under dynamic load,which does not change as the wear being and offected by the initial roughness of the rubbing surface;2)there exists a critical value of pulse duration ratio of load wave c,where R s q will be greatest.When the pulse duration ratio of load wave is less than c,R s qincreases rapidly with ,and when is greater than c,R s q decreases as increases and tends towards that of dead load state.
