【摘要】 这里主要介绍了上海大众桑塔纳Pickup汽车的后栏板模具设计过程。设计过程中使用了先进的CAD软件Unigraphics。由于CAD技术的使用 ,克服了传统模具设计与制造方法的许多缺陷。整个过程以数据为核心 ,改变了传统图纸、实物模型的传递过程 ,缩短了设计周期。模具的曲面采用数学模型描述 ,保证了设计质量 ,提高了技术人员的创造性和减轻了劳动强度。更多还原

【Abstract】 This papers presents the design of Shanghai volkswagen pickup taiboard die.During the design,we use the advanced CAD/CAM software Unigraphics,Because of the use of the CAD technology,we overcome a lot of limitations of tradition die design and manufacturing method. CAD changes the traditional process from drawing sheet to object model,decrease design period.All the camber of die use mathematics description,makes sure of the design quality,increase the engineers’ creation.更多还原
