【Abstract】 Data warehousing is a technology that is developing rapidly nowadays. It has become widely adopted and perceived to be one of the ultimate decision support solutions for business. Telecom carriers are capitalizing on the changing telecommunication landscape by refocusing the use of data warehouses in their offices and network operations. This paper discusses the applications of data warehouse in the changing telecom industry.
