【Abstract】 The structure and characteristic of the Stratospheric Communication System is analyzed in this paper. Then the segmental architecture model of the Stratospheric Communication System is discussed and the cellular wireless ATM is introduced into the integrated application environment of the Stratospheric Communication System. Based on it, a detailed discussion about network management functions of the Stratospheric Communication System is made. And the network management model based on SNMP for this System is given atthe end of the paper.更多还原
