【摘要】 目的 探讨低功率He-Ne激光辅助治疗抑郁症的临床疗效及不良反应。方法 对64例住院抑郁症患者分为氟西汀合并激光治疗组(A组)与氟西汀单独治疗组(B组),并对临床资料进行分析,用HAMD、CGI和TESS评定其临床疗效和不良反应。结果 ①两组在显效时间、住院天数、住院费用有显著统计学差异(P<0.01).②两组在第四周末HAMD总分及因子分比较,除体重外,均有统计学差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。③4周末A组的HAMD总分减分率为78％,B组为67％。结论 低功率He-Ne激光治疗抑郁症具有良好的辅助治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To explore the clinical effects with low-power He-Ne laser as accessory treatment of depressive patients. Method: 64 patients with depression were assigned into two treatment group-s: 1 SSRI and laser accessory treatment (group A). ?SSRI group (group B), Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) , CGI and TESS were used to measure the efficacy and side effects. Results: 1 There are significant differences in two group on average days of hospitalization. and hospitalization fee (P<0. 01). 2 There are significant differences on HAMD total score and factor score on the end of fourth week. 3 Reduction rate of HAMD in group A is 78% , group B is 67%.
