用于结构解析的波谱智能数据库系统(Ⅱ)混合物质谱检索
INTELLIGENT DATABASE SYSTEM USED IN STRUCTURE ANALYSIS(Ⅱ) LIBRARY SEARCH OF MIXED MASS SPECTRUM
【摘要】 提出了用参考谱存在指数构造组成混合物质谱的可能的谱集 ,继用非负最小二乘法对混合物质谱和可能的谱集进行回归分析 ,最终确定混合物的真实组成。
【Abstract】 Weighted reference existence index is put forward to collect mass spectra which may be possible composite of the spectrum of the mixture. Non negative least square regression is used to determine the real composite of the mixture.
