基于模式识别及人工神经网络的16Mn钢板生产专家系统
An Expert System on 16Mn of Steel Industrial Process Designed by PLSB BPN Method
【摘要】 模式识别与人工神经网络算法应用于 1 6Mn微V合金化钢板的生产工艺优化 ,引入了PLS为基的模式识别方法 ,为PLSB -BPN(PartialLeastSquareBack&BackPropagationNetwork)提供改善了的输入神经元建立专家系统。本系统可以根据模式识别分类图预报优化工艺参数 ,也可以根据钢的化学成份、目标板厚及期望的机械性能来预报相应的终轧温度。
【Abstract】 An expert system on 16Mn of steel industrial process has been worked by using PLSB BPN method.The system can provide optimal technologic parameters by means of the classification map of pattern recognition. It can also predict the proper rolling temperature of the 16Mn of steel plates corresponding to desired mechanical properties based on the their chemical compositions and thickness by using the artificial neural network with the input elements of PLS.
