【摘要】 本实验用荧光染色法和流式细胞技术 ,研究苯对小鼠外周血淋巴细胞凋亡的诱导作用。发现苯体外诱导小鼠外周血淋巴细胞产生典型的凋亡形态学改变 ,用不同浓度的苯诱导淋巴细胞 3小时 ,随苯浓度的不同 ,细胞凋亡率也有相应变化 ,呈现出剂量效应关系 ,用浓度为 10 mmol/ L 的苯诱导淋巴细胞 ,随诱导时间不同细胞凋亡率也有相应变化。流式细胞技术检测结果与荧光染色法结果基本吻合。提示 :苯对体外培养的小鼠外周血淋巴细胞具有凋亡诱导作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate apoptosis of mouse lymphocyte by benzence. Methods.Fluorescence dyeing method;Flowcytometry(FCM).Results.Fluorescence microscope showed the typical characteristices of apoptisis in lymphocyte cellsslid;FCM demonstrated the percent age of DNA fragmentation of benientetrated mouse lymphocyte was significantly higher than that of the soluent-treated controls and also gave relationship of dose and time dependent effect.Conclution This study indicate that benzene can induces the apoptosis of mouse lymphocyte in vitre.更多还原
