【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the quality of food sanitation supervision and inspecting of Yangzhou suburb(1990-1995).Methods: Osculating value method. Result: By using this method,the order of food sanitation of Yangzhou suburb from 1990 to 1995 is indicated as 1995>1992>1994>1991>1990>1993.The result is accorded with the work practice of six years.Conclusion:Osculating value method is a good method which is clear,accurate and simple and is deserved to popularize.更多还原
