硼酸盐熔体中分解反应的发泡特性参数
THE COEFFICIENTS OF THE FOAMING BEHAVIOR ORIGINATED FROM DECOMPOSITION REACTION OF BORATE MELTS
【摘要】 硼酸盐熔体中分解反应的发泡高度和时间的关系由发泡过程和消泡过程两个方程来描述.为了确定发泡过程方程中级数的收敛性,对方程进行了不同程度的简化.利用改进的计算程序和实验数据,计算了由分解反应引起的发泡和消泡参数及平均发泡寿命和发泡强度等特性参数通过分析可以看出,发泡过程方程在给定的积分区间泡内是一个收敛很快的级数,可以采用取消级数项的简化形式.利用发泡特性参数,可以对冶金过程中由反应引起的发泡过程进行定量的描述
【Abstract】 The relationship between the foaming height and time is described by foaming and rupture equations in the process of the decomposition reaction in the borate melt. The different simplified foaming equations were given out, in order to determine the convergence of the series in the foaming equation. With modified version of the computer program and experimental data, the forming and rupture coefficients, as well as the average foaming life and the foaming intensity have been determined. Through analyzing coefficients of the foaming behavior, it has been found that the series is a convergent series in the given region and can be simplified in the foaming equation. With coefficients of the foaming behavior, the foaming process originated from reaction in the melt of metallurgical processes can be described quantitatively.
