电动势法研究富钛渣中低价钛氧化过程动力学
STUDY ON OXIDATION KINETICS OF Ti-ENRICHED SLAG BY ELECTROMOTIVE FORCE
【摘要】 用固体电解质氧浓差电池测定了不同恒温(T=17131723,1733,1743K)及空气条件下富钛炉渣中氧分压随时间变化的关系,建立了渣中低价钛氧化过程的动力学方程,得到了熔渣中氧传输的表现活化能以及氧在熔渣中的扩散系数,并讨论了添加铁氧化物对氧化速率的影响
【Abstract】 The relationship between oxygen potential within rich titaniumbearing slag and time was obtained by oxygen sensor of solid electrolyte at the designed temperatures (1713, 1723, 1733 and 1743 K)in the air, and the kinetics equation for the oxidation of (TiO1.5) was put forward. The effects of iron oede added in slag at different levels on the oxidizing rate were also discussed. Besides, the Arrhenius activation energy of oxygen diffusion in slag and its diffusion coefficient were obtained at the givn conditions.
