【摘要】 单一的Al—3Ti—4B细化剂可使ZL104合金获得100—120μm左右的等轴枝晶,抗衰退期至少达240min;单一的Al-10sr变质剂至少能在480min内使ZL104合金共晶硅充分变质,当同时加入Al-3Ti-4B细比剂和Al-10Sr变质剂时,有效变质时间大为缩短,晶粒稍有长大,其原因系因Al-10Sr和Al-3Ti-4B反应生成了SrB6,

【Abstract】 Equiaxed dendritic grains of 100 120 μm were attained with fading time of at least 240 minutes through addition of Al-3Ti-4B alone. Eutectic Si ttas completely modified for more than 480 minutes through addition of A1-10Sr alone. The combmed addition of Al-3Ti 4B and Al 10Srresulted in shorter working time of modification and slightly coarser grain size, which can be explainedby the formation of SrB6.
