冲刷与腐蚀的交互作用与耐冲刷腐蚀合金设计
EROSION-CORROSION SYNERGISM AND EROSIONCORROSION RESISTANT ALLOY DEVELOPMENT
【摘要】 通过旋转失重实验研究了两种 相强化的候选材料 S1, S2和作为对比的 316L在 10%H2SO4+15%刚玉砂介质中的冲刷与腐蚀的交互作用规律及其与耐冲刷腐蚀合金设计的关系结果表明,低含量、小尺寸的 相对 S1钢(Cr25-Ni25-Mo5)耐蚀性的影响下明显,仅能提高其低流速条件下的抗冲刷性能相反,高含量、大尺寸的 相能显著提高 S2钢(Cr30-Ni22-Mo3)在各种流速条件下的抗冲刷性、从而导致其交互作用和总失重率显著降低,尽管其耐蚀性相对很差.冲刷和腐蚀交互作用失重率是冲刷腐蚀总失重率的良好表征.寻求耐蚀性与耐冲刷性能间的最佳平衡以使交互作用量最小、是发展抗冲刷腐蚀材料的最佳途径
【Abstract】 The erosion-corrosion experiments of 316L and two Cr-Ni--Mo stainless steels S1,S2 were conducted in 10%H2SO4 + 15% corundum sand to quantify the contributions of erosion, corrosion as well as their synergistic components to the total wear weight loss. The results showed that compared with 316L, S1 steel containing relatively small amounts of hardening phase ( ) has higher corrosion resistance and improved erosion resistance at low flow velocity and keeps the same erosion resistance as 316L at high flow velocity. Therefore, relatively low synergistic and total weight loss rate of S1 is attributed to its good corrosion resistance. Conversely, compared with the above two steels, S2 steel containing larger amounts of phase with large size has very small erosion, synergistic and total weight loss rate though its corrosion resistance is very poor. Consequently, under severe erosion--corrosion conditions, though increasing corrosion resistance is beneficial to decreasing synergistic weight loss rate, increasing erosion resistance by large amounts of a phase is more efficient to reduce total weight loss rate. So, the optimization of the balance between erosion and corrosion resistance to achieve the least synergism and total weight loss rate is an appropriate way to develop the materials for slurry erosion-corrosion resistance.
