【摘要】 用寿命表法和ＣＯＸ回归模型，对盐城地区９４４例肺结核病人进行远期疗效及影响化疗效果的９个因素进行筛选分析。结果表明：初治病人的治愈率显著高于复治病人（Ｐ＜０．０１），４种化疗方案中以２ＳＨＲＺ／４ＲＨ方案较佳（Ｐ＜０．０１），家庭年人均收入低于５００元的病人疗效最差（Ｐ＜０．０１）。更多还原

【Abstract】 The nine factors which affect the chemotherapy of distant treatment in treating 944 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were analysed and researched, with editing life-list and COX model. Results show that the cure rate of the initial treatment cases is obviously higher than the re- treatment cases (P <0.01) ,the 2SHRZ/4RH regimen is the best in four chemotherapy regimens (P <0.01) ,the effect of the patients with an- nual average income below 500 yuan is the worst (P <0.01).更多还原
