【摘要】 对１９９０年至１９９９年５月申报的１８７种特殊用途化妆品进行了统计分析，结果显示特殊用途化妆品申报逐年增多，近３年申报的占总数的５５．６％；其中以祛斑、防晒、染发类化妆品居多，分别占３２．６％、２４．６％和２０．３％。天然化妆品又以祛斑为最多，占５７．４％，而染发、烫发类化妆品多以化学性物质为原料。据检测分析，以天然动植物为原料的祛斑化妆品等与以化学物质为原料的化妆品在ＬＤ５０和眼刺激的安全性方面存在显著性差异，而皮肤刺激性之间的差异没有显著性。更多还原

【Abstract】 187 kinds of special-use cosmetics by statistical analyzed between 1990 and 1999, the results showed 55.6% of them were increased by years. Removing spot, sun-proof and hair dye cosmetics were more than others, ratio was 32.6% , was 24.6% and 20.3% respectively. Whit- en Products were maximal among cosmetics, possessed 57.4 percent, while dye-hairs and bum-hairs were made almost from chemical matter. The safety of natural cosmetics were significantly higher than chemical ones in LD50 and eye-stimulate test,but skin-stimulate test didn’ t exist statistic significance.更多还原
