PCVD法制高Si钢片的研究

【摘要】 一般软磁硅钢含硅量小于 3 5 % ,超过此限则难于加工。为了提高硅钢的磁性 ,除通过冷轧提高硅钢织构度外 ,最有效的方法是提高钢片硅含量 ,达 6 5 %Si为最佳。由于超过 3 5 %Si含量的钢 ,无法轧制成薄片。为此用等离子体化学气相沉积方法 (thePlasmaEnhancedChemicalVaporDeposition) ,在 0 1~ 0 3mm厚的普通硅钢片表面涂硅 ,再进行短时间高温扩散 ,使硅钢平均含硅量可达 6 5 % ,磁性能超过或达到冷轧取向硅钢水平

【Abstract】 WT5”BZ][ST5”BZ]Silicon steel generally has a silicon content of less than 3 5%.If exceeding this limit,it will be hard to be processed.For improving the magnetic properties in silicon steel,it maybe use the cold rolling to increase the texture degree,but this is not the most effective method.The best way is to increase the silicon content and the optimum silicon content is 6 5%.If the silicon content exceeds 3 5%,it can not be rolled into thin sheets.In order to get a higher silicon content,the plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition(PCVD)is used.Silicon is plated on the surface of plain silicon steel sheet with thickness of 0 1~0 3 mm through PCVD,then treated at a high temperature for a short time.At the end of this process the steel is infused with a high level of silicon(average silicon content of 6 5%).The magnetic properties have been improved which can exceed or reach the level achieved by cold rolling in silicon steel.
