纳米金刚石增强镍基合金熔覆涂层的摩擦学性能

【摘要】 利用真空熔烧方法在 45钢表面制备纳米金刚石粉和镍基自熔合金组成的复合涂层 ,利用扫描电镜分析了涂层的组织结构 ,测定了涂层的显微硬度 ,并利用SRV磨损试验机分析了涂层的摩擦学性能。试验结果表明 ,涂层主要由γ Ni固溶体和分布于其间的碳化物、合金渗碳体、合金碳化物和硼化物组成 ;复合涂层的硬度和耐磨性随着纳米金刚石粉加入量的增多而提高 ,并且当复合涂层中添加的纳米金刚石粉的质量百分含量在 0 8%~ 1 0 %时 ,其耐磨性能最好 ,摩擦系数可减小 6 0 %。

【Abstract】 In order to study the tribological characteristics of the nano size diamond powder,a vacuum melting process is used to obtain composite coatings of Nickel based self fluxing alloy added by nano size diamond powder,about which the hardness and structure have been analyzed and SRV testing(ball on disc wear testing without lubricants under normal temperature) has been carried out.The results show that the composite coatings consist mainly of γ Ni solid solution with carbides,alloyed cementites,alloyed carbides and borides interspersing them,further more the addition of nano size diamond powder,the higher the hardness and wear resistance of the composite coatings and the wear resistant behavior reaches the most when the weight percentage of the nano size diamond is between 0 8%~1 0%,under certain circumstances the frictional property is greatly improved and the frictional coefficient is as low as one third of the original one.
