氯化稀土对热浸镀助镀剂性能的影响
Effects of Rare Earth Chloride on Properties of Infusion of Assistant Plating for Hot Dip Plating
【摘要】 通过对热浸镀Zn Al合金助镀剂的试验研究 ,找到一种在常温下实现助镀的最佳配方 ,简化了热浸镀Zn Al合金的工艺过程。采用该合金助镀剂进行Zn Al合金热浸镀的样品 ,表面质量得到进一步改善。弯曲试验及人造海水腐蚀试验表明 ,镀铝层质量均优于使用常规助镀剂的镀层。
【Abstract】 ST5”BZ]Through experiment research on the infusion of assistant plating,a best formula of infusion in hot dip plating was found.The assistant plating at normal temperature was achieved,so the technological process of hot dip plating Zn-Al alloy was simplified.Surface quality of hot dip plating Zn-Al alloy were further improved.Through experiment of the bending and corrosion in artificial seawater,the cladding material was better comparing with that assistant plated by normal infusion.
