机械能助渗铝的研究
Study on Mechanical Energy Aided Aluminizing
【摘要】 利用运动的粉末粒子的机械能冲击工件表面进行助渗铝 ,将渗铝温度由 90 0~ 1 0 50℃降低到 440~ 60 0℃。渗铝层的相结构为Fe2 Al5,铝含量 (质量分数 )约为 50 %。 80 0℃× 4h扩散退火后渗铝层变为FeAl,含铝 (质量分数 )约为 30 %。机械能助渗铝件可在 780℃以下长期使用。
【Abstract】 The surface of workpieces is impacted by the mechanical energy of moving powder particles during alitizing,this method can prompt alitizing process and alitizing temperature can be decreased from 900~1050℃ to 440~600℃.The phase of the alitizing layer is Fe 2Al 5,aluminium content reach about 50%wt.The phase of alitizing layer may transform to FeAl after heating 4h at 800℃,reserved aluminium contentis about 30%wt.The workpieces processed by this method also can be used for a long time below 780℃.
